"Seats just felt off from the start"
Went to a game here my first gut reaction after sitting down was that these seats were going to be a problem. They felt cramped right away, and by the time halftime came around my back was already hurting. I know it’s a stadium and you’re not expecting a recliner, but for how long you’re sitting there, I really thought it would be a bit more comfortable.

"Felt like nobody was really there to help"
I asked for help and felt like I was just being brushed off right away. It had that weird feeling like there wasn’t an actual person there who cared or was willing to take a minute. Disappointing experience.
"Schedule Was Off"
The schedule wasn’t right, which made it kind of annoying to follow (especially when I was trying to plan around it). It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely could’ve been clearer.

"Good enough photos, but they could be better"
I’ve used the site a few times to check out game photos, some of them are good. I’m not trying to nitpick, but a few do look a little too dark or not as sharp as I’d expect. The videos and other media are fine too, though I feel like they could be clearer and updated more often. Maybe I just notice that stuff more, but if I’m going there for photos and clips, I think it’s fair to expect them to look a bit more polished

"Return process messed up my plans"
I tried to exchange an item for a different size it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The return instructions weren’t clear, and I kept having to dig through emails just to see if anything had changed.
I’d planned to have the school gear ready for an event, but the whole process dragged on and basically ruined that plan. When I contacted support, it took a while to hear back, and the response didn’t really answer my question, so I felt like I was just going in circles.
I still like the gear itself, but the return process really left a bad impression. Swapping a size shouldn’t be this frustrating, and after all that hassle, I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Frustrating experience as a fan"
As someone who really likes keeping up with games and feels invested as a fan, this was disappointing. The site loaded slowly, and the game info felt all over the place, which made it more annoying than helpful. I wanted to enjoy checking in, but it just felt like more hassle than it was worth...

"Buying tickets turned into a whole ordeal"
I was just trying to buy game tickets, and somehow even that turned into a mess. The site kept freezing right at checkout, and of course I ended up getting charged once without ever receiving a confirmation email. Then I had to chase support, who took forever to respond, like it was somehow my problem to fix. this kind of thing always seems to happen to me, and I’m not putting myself through it again.

"Not backing this clown show right now"
I was about to buy something and support through the site, but after seeing the recent news, I’m not feeling great about it. The whole situation looks like a messy little clown show, and I couldn’t find enough clear info or any real accountability on the athletics site. Maybe they sort it out later, but for now I’m keeping my money away from these goofballs.

I’m not saying anything was actually wrong, but the payment page just felt a little off to me. I didn’t have any solid proof or anything, I just wasn’t comfortable putting in my card info there.

"Felt Misled by the Livestream Quality"
I paid to watch the game expecting a decent livestream, but it was frustrating. The video kept freezing every few minutes, the audio was out of sync, and at times there was no sound at all. I missed a bunch of plays because I had to keep refreshing over and over. It definitely didn’t feel like what I was promised, and I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

"Works okay, but accessibility needs work"
I was able to find the schedules eventually, so the site does work, but using it with just my keyboard was kind of frustrating. Some menus were hard to get through and a few images, actually, the screen reader part was probably the biggest issue for me, didn’t come through very clearly. It’s not unusable, just feels like it needs some real accessibility fixes
"Decent gear, but the selection felt limited"
They had some solid Morehouse gear, but when I looked around, the sizes and newer items seemed a bit limited. I found a few things I liked, but overall I walked away feeling like the selection was just okay.

"Mobile site made checkout really frustrating"
I was trying to order from my phone, but the pages kept jumping around and the checkout buttons were so hard to tap. I’m already careful about spending money, so when a site makes it this annoying to check prices and place an order, I start second-guessing the purchase altogether.

"Parking was a nightmare"
I pulled up thinking it would be an easy stop, and nope, absolutely no parking anywhere nearby. I circled around forever getting more and more annoyed. it kind of ruined the whole visit. But whatever, once I finally got inside, I calmed down a bit and tried to make the best of it.

I placed my order and then it basically just sat there for days without any real updates. the processing time was way longer than I expected, and for a first order it definitely didn’t leave the best impression. it was frustrating

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered this in my usual size, but the fit was seriously off. I checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t really help because it still came way smaller than I expected.
For the price, it was frustrating, especially since I couldn’t actually wear it. What made it more annoying was there didn’t seem to be any real human to talk to about it, just automated stuff, so I’d definitely be careful with sizing here.

"The wait really put me off"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, so I remember checking for updates almost every day and feeling more annoyed each time nothing changed. The shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected, and there weren’t really clear updates along the way. By the time it finally arrived, I was more frustrated than excited. I don’t think I’d order again after that experience...
